The heart of Casa Rancho! This main living area of the house is built in traditional local style with internal shutters, ranch doors both built on site, and a large palapa or palm thatch roof extending out over its own covered patio area. It houses a huge full equipped kitchen, the spacious dining room and cute living room. The thatch roof keeps things cool all year round and there is a very large covered patio overlooking the gardens and the ocean in the distance.

The kitchen is suitable for large gatherings and comes equipped with a huge gas stove and oven, large fridge and freezer, blender, coffee maker, microwave, juicer, full set of cutlery, cutting boards, plates, glasses and everything you will need for comfortable cooking and entertaining. The large breakfast bar seats 6 and there is a central island for preparing food.

The dining room and family room are both adjacent and comfortably accommodate larger groups. There are also overhead fans, a small television with dvd player and a compact stereo to play your favorite cds. A small library is also available and there is a selection of great books on Baja as well as local magazines and information.
